As you likely heard, earlier this year, Cloud5 executed a Letter of Intent to acquire Single Digits’ hospitality business. We pursued this opportunity because we believed bringing the organizations together could create value and continuity for our customers and the broader hospitality industry.
Over the past several months, our team has worked diligently and in good faith to complete the acquisition. Unfortunately, the parties will not be proceeding forward with the transaction.
While we are disappointed with the outcome, we appreciate the support and feedback we received from customers and industry partners throughout the process.
