Keep Your Guests and Staff Safe

E911 Compliance made easy.

Emergency Routing Services for E911 Compliance

New laws require direct 911 dialing from hotel phones and the dispatchable location — floor, room number, method to access room — be communicated to public safety providers to facilitate emergency response.

Cloud5’s E911 solution provides emergency routing services over SIP for E911 compliance of RAY BAUM’s Act, which is enforceable as of January 6, 2021, and Kari’s law, which went into effect February 16, 2020.

Why Cloud5

Easier E911 Compliance

We make it easy for hotels to satisfy E911 legal requirements, and help ensure the safety of their guests and employees. Cloud5 strongly suggests you contact your legal counsel to determine the compliance requirements and risks associated with your specific technology installation. Failure to comply with RAY BAUM’s Act by the January 6, 2021 deadline can result in significant penalties of up to $10,000 plus $500/day. Read the E911 FAQ to learn more.

  • Legacy PBX Support
We support many popular PBX models including those from Avaya, Hitachi, Mitel, NEC and Nortel.

  • Hospitality Experts
We serve thousands of hotels with our skilled network engineering and support team

  • Compliant Solutions
Our experts can help you quickly develop technology strategies for complying with both Kari’s Law and RAY BAUM’s Act
