Mark Holzberg
President & CEO
Mark Holzberg
Mark has over three decades of experience building and managing companies and business units, primarily in the hospitality technology space. He has an established record of success and is widely regarded as a hospitality technology leader and “change agent” who leads companies to anticipate, design and implement the next big thing. His experience includes serving as CEO of Lorica Solutions and leading XETA Hospitality Solutions, a strategic business unit of NASDAQ-listed XETA Technologies, after facilitating XETA’s acquisition of Lorica. He has directed company pivot and expansion strategies as Swisscom Hospitality’s leader for the Americas and global managed services and was the first CFO of TravelCLICK, where he played a leading role in its growth and global expansion. During his career he also served as Chief Global Sales Officer of London-based iRiS Software Systems; President of Bartech, The Americas; CEO of AlphaNet Hospitality Systems and as an executive consultant engaged in industry-related M&A and corporate development. He began his career in investment and merchant banking and has additional experience serving as President of the Travel Services Division of Western Union and as CEO of a New York-based ground and air courier company. Prior to being named CEO of Cloud5 in 2018, he was the company’s EVP and Chief Commercial Officer. Mark is an honors graduate of George Washington University where he was an Alternate Truman Scholar and is a former US Army Military Intelligence Officer, having served with the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Steve Richardson
Steve brings nearly 30 years of finance, accounting and commercial operations experience to the CFO role. Prior to Cloud5, Steve spent 28 years with Yankee Candle where his financial and commercial strategic leadership helped drive the growth of that global consumer products company from $20 million to over $1 billion through changing ownership models, distribution channel diversification, and M&A transactions. Steve holds a BS in Business Management from Westfield State University.

Rupal Patel

Rupal Patel
A veteran at Cloud5, Rupal joined the Cloud5 Contact Center more than 20 years ago and is now responsible for driving the financial growth of that business unit. During her tenure with the company, she has risen through the ranks of Finance, Workforce Management and Operations. Prior to joining Cloud5, Rupal managed Revenue Management for United Airlines World Headquarters and Accounting for IBM. Rupal holds a BS in Finance from Purdue University.

Jason Reid

Jason Reid
Jason has over 20 years of contact center experience that he leverages to provide a consultative approach to the needs of Cloud5 clients and his teams. Most recently Jason served as President of One Contact, Inc. and his leadership has spanned Sales, Operations and Account Development teams at both large and niche contact center providers including Bill Gosling Outsourcing and Concentrix. Jason graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University, with an Honors Degree in Business.

Marc Vaughn
Marc brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and enterprise IT Operations to Cloud5. He has been successful in delivering operational excellence, through a process-driven approach, in areas of engineering, service delivery, and support for both voice and data technologies. Prior to joining Cloud5, Marc held Operations leadership positions with CBIZ, Xeta Technologies, and Windstream. He holds a BS in Business Management from Southern Illinois University.

Alex Ajdelsztajn

Alex Ajdelsztajn
Alex comes to Cloud5 with nineteen years of hospitality experience at Marriott International. He served in diverse IT/ technology roles throughout his career there, starting in his native Brazil before moving up to Marriott headquarters in Bethesda. Alex’s most recent position with Marriott was Director of Property Internet, where he spearheaded Marriott’s Internet (HSIA) program across the Americas. Just prior to joining Cloud5, Alex was Chief Operating Officer of Unified Evolution, where he had a pivotal role in establishing e-unified, a non-profit initiative to reposition hospitality technology professionals affected by COVID 19 displacements. Alex has a B.S. in Computer Systems from Pace University in New York, as well as extension courses in Executive Leadership and Data Analytics at Harvard Business School, NYU and Cornell University.

Rich Tuttle
Rich has extensive experience ranging from human resource strategy and planning to employee relations, coaching, staffing and recruiting, change management, compensation and benefits and complete global HR management. He has managed HR across a number of industries including food products, branded office products and chemicals and among emerging company divisions and multi-billion dollar organizations. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from Illinois State University.

Beth Milano
Beth is a hospitality and technology veteran, with extensive experience building relationships and selling complex solutions into the hospitality industry. She brings Cloud5 broad sales management experience in PBX, networks, security, and Data Center solutions. Prior to Cloud5, Beth held roles in marketing, business development, partner development and sales at MCI, Verizon, Vtech and Ruckus. She holds a BA in Business from Central College.
