Mark Holzberg
President & CEO
Mark Holzberg
Mark has over three decades of experience building and managing companies and business units, primarily in the hospitality technology space. He has an established record of success and is widely regarded as a hospitality technology leader and “change agent” who leads companies to anticipate, design and implement the next big thing. His experience includes serving as CEO of Lorica Solutions and leading XETA Hospitality Solutions, a strategic business unit of NASDAQ-listed XETA Technologies, after facilitating XETA’s acquisition of Lorica. He has directed company pivot and expansion strategies as Swisscom Hospitality’s leader for the Americas and global managed services and was the first CFO of TravelCLICK, where he played a leading role in its growth and global expansion. During his career he also served as Chief Global Sales Officer of London-based iRiS Software Systems; President of Bartech, The Americas; CEO of AlphaNet Hospitality Systems and as an executive consultant engaged in industry-related M&A and corporate development. He began his career in investment and merchant banking and has additional experience serving as President of the Travel Services Division of Western Union and as CEO of a New York-based ground and air courier company. Prior to being named CEO of Cloud5 in 2018, he was the company’s EVP and Chief Commercial Officer. Mark is an honors graduate of George Washington University where he was an Alternate Truman Scholar and is a former US Army Military Intelligence Officer, having served with the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Ziller brings over 25 years of global IT leadership experience across business services, financial services, and legal industries. As former CIO at Frontline Managed Services, Ziller led transformative initiatives, driving efficiencies and strong KPIs. Now at Cloud5, Ziller’s strategic expertise ensures continued innovation and client satisfaction.

Chris Gravelle
Chris brings more than 28 years of leadership experience across operations, customer experience, transformation, and service delivery within large-scale contact centre and BPO environments. Throughout his career, he has led complex operations and has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and client success.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their three children. He and his family also share their home with three beagles. Chris enjoys the outdoors and can often be found boating or exploring trails on his side by side.
Jason Reid

Jason Reid
Jason has over 20 years of contact center experience that he leverages to provide a consultative approach to the needs of Cloud5 clients and his teams. Most recently Jason served as President of One Contact, Inc. and his leadership has spanned Sales, Operations and Account Development teams at both large and niche contact center providers including Bill Gosling Outsourcing and Concentrix. Jason graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University, with an Honors Degree in Business.

Joe brings extensive experience and proven leadership in sales and business development to the Cloud5 leadership team. With a strong background in technology, hospitality, and communications, Joe has spent his career driving growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business results.
Before joining Cloud5, Joe held senior leadership roles at Enseo, SONIFI Solutions, Verizon, and DIRECTV, where he was instrumental in expanding market presence and strengthening client relationships across diverse industries. His expertise in developing long-term growth strategies and fostering collaboration among teams has consistently positioned organizations for sustained success.

Beata Weiss
Beata joins Cloud5 as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources. Bringing over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Weiss is an expert in talent management, HR operations, and diversity initiatives. Formerly Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Epsilon, Weiss oversaw 7,000+ associates across US and international markets, driving impactful HR strategies. We’re proud to have Weiss onboard, contributing her wealth of expertise to our team’s success.

David Heckaman
David holds an undergraduate degree in Hotel Management and Development from the University of Central Florida. His dedication and contributions to the industry have earned him notable recognition, including the prestigious Hotel Visionary Award from the Hospitality Technology Forum in both 2010 and 2014. Furthermore, in 2013, he was honored with the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Central Florida. David’s blend of technical acumen and hospitality knowledge makes him a valuable asset to our leadership team, driving innovation and excellence within our organization.
