Nestled in downtown San Diego, in the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, the hotel provides an ideal location to explore the city. With 270 rooms and distinguished history of customer satisfaction, the 2019 GPNS upgrade began during the year-end.

As installs began and the project was underway, client communication and project management become our most important priorities. In addition to the 270 rooms, there are over 19 meeting rooms resulting in 33,704 sq ft of total meeting space. “Project stakeholder communication was regularly communicated at the end of each business day via email and accompanied by conference calls throughout the project,” Art explained. “The team was always available and able to get the right person involved to answer questions, execute and resolve any challenges that were related to the HSIA installation and migration,” he continued.
